Physical therapist interns and aides play a crucial role in supporting patient care and providing smooth operations of the clinic. Interns gain hands-on experience by assisting with patient evaluations, helping to implement treatment plans, and observing therapeutic techniques under the supervision of licensed physical therapist. Interns are also involved in documenting patient progress and learning about various therapeutic modalities. Aides support the team by preparing treatment areas, setting up and cleaning equipment, and guiding patients through exercises or activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient therapy session. Both roles contribute to delivering quality care and maintaining a positive, healing environment.
